For a time before my time.
There was a time when Oliver N'Goma lead the music scene. He was the craze in the club, the highlight of the night. As my aunt once said with a nostalgic expression on her face, it was a time to experience.
Oddly, I came to enjoy his music for the same nostalgic reason that my aunt did. I recognize that the nostalgia I feel is not normal. After all, I was not alive during his trending era. I like to tell myself that I would have been a proud fan, dancing with unmatched energy.
This is to the feeling of nostalgia, even for a time before my time.
